Transdev, a subsidiary of Caisse des Depots, acquired in late 2008 Caisse Commune, the first car sharing company in France based in Paris and has positioned itself on the tender of the town hall Autolib Parisface including the RATP part its capital ... Transdev is also involved locally through the SEM it is a shareholder. It launched Marguerite, carsharing Nantes in April. In Montpellier, she experiences the overall management of mobility (operator of the transit system TAM dealer car parks of the city, rental bikes and car sharing with Vélomagg Modulauto).
In Lille, Keolis, a subsidiary of SNCF, is a shareholder of the cooperative Lilac Carsharing. Finally
